The Friedrich Hazardgard series of air conditioners are a great option to cool these locations. It is a 60Hz model and it has a T4 Temperature Rating. Hazardgard units can operate in low ambient conditions as low as 45°F / 7°C without freezing, as well as tolerate outdoor temperatures up to 130°F / 55°C. The surface temperature of the unit will not rise above 275°F (135°C).
