Mention Miami and thoughts of sun, fun, and endless ocean views come to mind. Since arriving from her native country Sweden in 1998, Sofia Joelsson has made the Magic City her home base. It’s also the place from which she and her award-winning team at Sofia Joelsson Design have been building their impressive portfolio of world-class projects since 2011.
Known for her meticulous and highly-personal design approach, Joelsson delivers spaces where luxury, beauty, comfort, wellness, innovation and a distinct air of hospitality intersect.
In collaboration with the appliance experts at AjMadison, Sofia Joelsson created a kitchen that is a symphony of style, function and sophistication for her music-loving clients.
“My client is an avid cook who loves her kitchen,” Sofia states. “Not only does Monogram offer the most elegant designs for the modern kitchen, but their quality and engineering are top notch. The panel-ready refrigerator and freezer we decided on was exactly what we wanted and, I must confess, my clients fell in love with Monogram’s color options for their induction cooktops—they settled on a gorgeous soft taupe.”
