Available for use with either natural gas or propane, this unit comes with 4 distinct cooking zones powered by either three casts 304 stainless steel burner, one infrared variable ceramic burner ready to simmer or sear with a twist of a knob and a Pro-Grade rotisserie capable of handling a 25 lb roast. improved heat distribution and precise cooking. These features include Stainless Steel Grills, enhanced briquettes and flame tamers to create even heat and minimize flair-ups, Infrared Burner and Cast Stainless H-Burner design to enhance the overall searing of your food.
