A perfect fusion of state-of-the-art performance with intelligent design. This Induction Cooktop features a control panel for comfortable and secure operation, control knobs with an illuminated ring, and an Integrated control panel. The VI230620 is fully equipped for safety and is designed for the highest quality cooking experience. Because induction technology uses magnetized energy that starts inside the cooking vessel, the cooktop surface temperature does not get almost as hot as a conventional gas or electrical elements. Additional safety features include the automatic safety switch-off and the residual heat indicator.
