This Viking Professional 7 Series Pro-Style Freestanding Gas Range offers 6.1 cu. ft. of total capacity and 6 different cooking modes to choose from. The 6-burner cooktop features continuous grates, making it safe and easy to move pots and pans along the cooktop. The VariSimmer™ setting on ALL burners provides a gentle, even simmer at precisely low cooking temperatures, while the Viking Elevation™ Burners can reach up to 23,000 BTUs to efficiently deliver heat to any size cookware. Additional features include SureSpark™ Ignition System, GentleClose™ Door, TruGlide™ Full Extension Racks, Gourmet Glo™ Infrared Broiler, Proflow™ Convection Baffle, and SoftLit™ LED Lights.
