This Viking Professional 7 Series Range offers 5.1 Cu. Ft. of total capacity with 6 different cooking modes to choose from. The 6-burner cooktop features continuous grates, making it safe and easy to move pots and pans along the cooktop. The VariSimmer™ setting on ALL burners provides a gentle, even simmering at precisely low cooking temperatures, while the Viking Elevation™ Burners can reach up to 23,000 BTUs to efficiently deliver heat to any size cookware.
