The 4-burner cooktop features continuous grates, making it safe and easy to move pots and pans along the cooktop. All of these features are packed into a durable stainless steel unit designed for long-lasting durability. The VariSimmer™ setting on ALL burners provides a gentle, even simmer at precisely low cooking temperatures, while the Viking Elevation™ Burners can reach up to 23,000 BTUs to efficiently deliver heat to any size cookware.
