The Verona 36" electric range delivers the performance that you demand and expect in a professional range. The five-element cooktop configuration includes a center dual element where you can safely accommodate large stock pots, or smaller frying pans. The multi-function convection oven provides various cooking modes to prepare your meals faster than with a conventional oven. The oven can defrost foods, cook with traditional convection heat, perform ventilated cooking for a well-cooked exterior with a soft-cooked interior, broiling with infrared heating, double broiling with infrared and general oven heating, ventilated broiling, ventilated convection, sterilization for conserving or jarring foods, and general roasting.
