36" Dual Fuel Single Oven Range
The Verona Classic 36" Dual Fuel range delivers the performance you demand and expect in a professional range. The 16,000 BTU power burner is located in the center of the cooking surface where it can safely accommodate large stock pots. The high efficiency dual control triple burner spreads the heat under the bottom of the cookware, not just around the edges for faster cooking. The multi-function convection oven provides seven cooking modes to prepare your meals faster, and in less time than a conventional oven. A full width compartment provides plenty of storage.

Ranges
In the true Italian artisan tradition, Verona gives you the best Pro Style residential range. High efficiency sealed gas burners deliver pinpoint accuracy and flame control as the burner heads are mounted close to the cooking surface to deliver better heat transfer and distribution. High output double and triple ring burners provide even heat across the bottom of the cooking utensil. As a result, foods cook quickly with less fuel than standard burners.

All Verona Ranges are equipped with a flame failure safety device which shuts off the gas flow in the event the flame is extinguished. This safety feature is not found on domestic models but is standard equipment on all Verona ranges. European convection ovens with a third fan element pre-heat the circulated air in the oven cavity to achieve consistent temperature for superlative results.
