24 Inch Single Electric Wall Oven with 2.5 cu. ft. True Convection Oven
Summit helps enhance smaller kitchen functionality with fully featured electric wall ovens specially sized for 24" x 24" spaces.
The SEW24SSX is a 220V electric wall oven with convection designed for built-in installation in 23.6" H x 22" W x 24.7" D cutouts. When installed at the proper height, this unit is compliant with ADA guidelines for user accessibility. Brushed stainless steel look trim, a black glass window, and a digital control panel create a modern look, with a professional handle for added style.
Inside, the SEW24SSX includes an oven light for easier monitoring of your cooking. Two heavy-duty gliding wire racks with brakes can sit at five rack positions to better accommodate different-sized dishes. We also include a full-width drip pan that can be used for broiling. The flat bottom can hold larger cookware or full-sized meals (such as turkeys) to maximize capacity. This unit has a removable oven door for easier cleaning and maintenance.
The SEW24SSX offers a range of heating functions to cover virtually all of your cooking needs. The digital control panel is easy to program, with specialty settings for baking, grilling/broiling, defrosting (fan only), convection baking, and true convection. This unit also includes a concealed bottom heater function which is ideal for keeping cooked food warmed until ready to serve (default temperature is 350°F but can be adjusted between 150-500°F). The programmable timer makes it easy to manage your meal planning, with an audible alert when the cooking duration is finished. Safety features include programming options that allow you to set a child lockout.
