The ZLINE Professional Series 30 Inch Gas Premium One-piece Porcelain Cooktop comes with 4 detachable handcrafted Italian burners made of a premium alloy that gives 4,200 to 18,000 BTUs of cooking power. The one-piece cooktop is made out of no-scratch heavy-duty Italian made Porcelain while a solid-piece cast iron grill sits atop. It also comes with a dual wok burner that has two flame rings, front controls, and electronic spark ignition.
