BlueStar's 60-inch RNB gas range with 24" griddle delivers two UltraNova burners for 22,000 BTUs of high action power for rapid boiling, searing, sautes, frying; you name it. The Precise Simmer burner can remain at a steady heat of 130 degrees when making delicate sauces, soups, or simmering a pot of rice. The 24-inch griddle can sear fish filets, make the best grilled cheese sandwiches, and it never fails at making pancakes for the family on a lazy Sunday morning.
With the two ovens' extra-large capacity (26 1/4"W x 20"D x 15"H), there's enough room to fit commercial-size baking sheets (18" x 26"). The ovens' unique design and convection fan system render even distribution of heat for precise and accurate baking of sweet confections and succulent roasts. And you can have steakhouse-style results by broiling meats under the oven's 15,000-BTU infrared broiler. 1,850 degrees of intense searing heat. It's also good for browning dishes just before serving.
