The Precise Simmer burner can remain at a steady heat of 130 degrees when making delicate sauces, soups, or simmering a pot of rice. The 12-inch griddle can sear fish filets, make the best-grilled cheese sandwiches, and it never fails at making pancakes for the family on a lazy Sunday morning. Use the 12-inch grill for succulent steaks, toasting hamburger buns, or grilling kebabs and vegetables.
With the oven's extra-large capacity, there's enough room to fit commercial-size baking sheets (18" x 26"). The ovens' unique design and convection fan system render even distribution of heat for precise and accurate baking of sweet confections and succulent roasts. And you can have steakhouse-style results by broiling meats under the oven's 15,000-BTU infrared broiler. 1,850 degrees of intense searing heat. It's also good for browning dishes just before serving.
