Sized just under 20" wide, the ENERGY STAR certified REN20SS4 brings precise and efficient induction cooking to smaller kitchen spaces. The smooth cooking surface features three induction zones: one 7" (2500W) and two 6 1/4" (2000W) elements to accommodate various cooking needs. Induction cooking utilizes magnetic energy to ensure faster heating, energy efficiency, and added safety since the cooking heat is contained within your pots and pans, not the cooking surface.
Touch controls allow intuitive operation for the cooking surface. The digital display shows which elements are in use and their power setting. A boost function allows you to maximize your cooking as needed. Audible beeps sound when the touch controls are activated. Additional safety features include a child lock, pan sensor, and residual heat indicator. The burners can be set on a timer for added cooking convenience.
This model's 2.09 cu.ft. electric oven includes an interior light with an on/off switch and large window to keep your cooking in view. Two adjustable racks and one enamel pan make it easy to accommodate a variety of sizes. Multiple cooking functions cater to various cooking methods: bake, broil, and convection. The convection fan setting can be combined with the bake or broil function as needed. The waist-high broiler is located inside the oven, allowing you to switch functions without moving contents to a separate compartment on the floor.
This unit ships with a pre-installed NEMA 14-30P 4-prong plug. All cooking controls, digital and analog, meet ADA guidelines since each is located upfront, eliminating the danger of reaching across the cooktop surface.
With true versatility in mind, the REN20SS4 includes a removable stainless steel backguard, giving users the choice between a standard range style or a slide-in look. For added space savings, the REN20SS4 features a slide-out drawer, perfect for storing your pots and freeing up more kitchen space.
