The PTH123K50CXXX offers 11,600 / 11,400 BTU of cooling power, a 10,600 / 10,500 BTU heat pump, and a 5.0 kW electric heater providing approximately 17,061 BTUs of electric backup heat. With a new Amana® brand mobile app and integrated Bluetooth and RF connectivity (additional items required, sold separately), you can take control of all your Amana PTAC units. This Amana PTAC will cool a space of around 300 - 525 square feet. This unit has a new, improved design that reduces operating noises from entering your guest rooms. It also has an STC (Sound Transmission Class) of 29 and easy-to-clean filters to help keep the air in the room fresh. The PTH123K50CXXX state-of-the-art design and construction provide a quiet environment, allowing guests to enjoy peaceful, sleep-filled nights.
