The Vortex heat management system improves convection within the grill for better searing and smoking as well as improved fuel efficiency. The stainless steel extension ring is rotisserie ready, with doors to cover the spit rod ports. Integrated doors for temperature probes ensure that your cook will go exactly to plan.
