OceanAire OWC6012QC 5 Ton Deluxe Portable Water-Cooled Air Conditioner delivers powerful 60,100 BTUH cooling capacity and 1,950 CFM airflow for commercial and industrial spot-cooling applications. Its water-cooled design uses condenser water for heat rejection, while Quick Connect fittings provide fast and convenient water-line setup. The unit features a solid-state electronic controller, large LED display, automatic six-speed fan control, automatic condensate pump with 20-foot vertical lift, overflow alert, water-regulating valve, high-pressure safety protection, washable electrostatic air filter, heavy-duty swivel casters, and locking front casters. A 5 HP scroll compressor, R-410A refrigerant, 208–230V single-phase electrical system, and NEMA 6-30P LCDI plug provide the electrical and refrigeration configuration required for high-capacity commercial cooling.
