36,100 BTU Quick Connect Deluxe Portable Water Cooled Air Conditioner
The OceanAire OWC3612QC is a 3-ton, 36,100 BTUH portable water-cooled commercial air conditioner designed for temporary or permanent spot-cooling applications. Its water-cooled condensing system eliminates the need for a conventional hot-air exhaust duct, making it suitable for interior commercial spaces where ducting to the outdoors is difficult or impractical. The unit provides up to 1,200 CFM of airflow and uses a 3 HP scroll compressor, with Quick Connect fittings for faster water-line installation.
