The OceanAire OWC2412QC is a 2-ton (23,950 BTU) portable water-cooled spot air conditioner designed for temporary or permanent commercial/industrial spot cooling. Its Quick Connect water connections allow relatively fast setup, and because heat is rejected through water rather than an exhaust-air duct, it does not require a hot-air exhaust duct.
