Create amazing meals with this professional-quality range oven from Capital. Powerful sealed burners provide a searing 19,000 BTU and each burner is also capable of an even 140° F simmer. Bake, broil, or convection bake to perfection with the large 4.9 cu. ft. capacity oven. The convection oven has a separate Fan On/Off switch and dual 40 W oven lights provide excellent interior illumination. The stainless steel and glass door allow wall-to-wall visibility and easy cleaning while the Porcelain-coated cast iron grates with center bridge grate provide a continuous cooking surface. All six burners are rated at 19,000 BTUs each and can turn down to a true simmer.
