The 12,000 Heating BTU provides supplemental heating to warm the room on those unexpectedly chilly nights without heating the entire house. Two fan speeds, a 24-hour on/off timer, and four operation modes make it easy to find and set your preferred temperature. This Smart Window Air Conditioner includes a remote control, so you can easily adjust settings from across the room or on the couch.
