Features a 1/4 ³ thick stainless steel robotically welded plate and has a Teflon coated front grease tray for easy cleaning.

PureVection™ Technology

Electronically controls multiple heating elements and convection systems, to optimize baking, broiling, roasting, and convection baking processes.

Achieved by alternating and adjusting the levels of heat and air circulation needed to produce the best result.
