Slow Cook Function

Sensor Temperature Control
  • Maintains steady low temperatures while slow cooking, warming, and proofing. It uses a thermostat to monitor the heat inside the warming drawer and automatically adjusts as needed to prevent overheating.
Bread Proof Function
  • Provides consistent low heat to help activate the yeast in dough while it proofs, promoting rise and infusing flavor. For best results, set the Humidity Slide Control to Moist while proofing.
Humidity Slide Control
  • Adjusts moisture levels in the drawer to help retain the flavor and texture of different foods.
  • The Dry Setting lets steam escape, great for baked goods and fried foods. The Moist Setting seals in moisture, great for egg dishes, roasts, and vegetables.
Two-Position Racks
  • Can be placed front-to-back or side-to-side to accommodate cookware in a variety of shapes and sizes. The warming drawer includes two racks.
Power Indicator Light
  • Located on the front of the warming drawer shows at a glance when the drawer is on and in use.
