24 Inch Gas Cooktop with Mono Wok Burner
The flexibility of the Miele gas cooktop is consistent only with the performance of the product. Designed with at least one super burner, each new unit has a high heat output. The super burner is conveniently located in the front of the cooktop, making the wok stir-fry, pan-sauté or just a large pot cooking practical and safe. Gas cooking is not always about power, control is also essential. Operating at low heat output is often as important as setting high power, and all Miele units allow you to do so. In order to further minimize heat, the simmering plate ensures that excess heat is removed from the pan. Miele has resolved any safety concerns when the flame is burned with its unique re-ignition system. This solution combines the speed and reliability of automatic re-ignition with the thermocouple protection flexibility. If a flame goes out for any reason, a re-ignition is initiated. If the flame is not re-lighted, the system will shut down the gas flow to ensure optimal level safety. The cooktop watches on its own, giving you a little less to worry about.
