The Friedrich FPHSR12A3B 12,000 BTU Floating Air Pro Series condenser is a single zone outdoor unit. It can be used with the Friedrich FAHFW12A3A Wall Unit.
The outdoor unit comes pre-charged with refrigerant sufficient for 25 ft. of line. As the US moves away from R410A refrigerant, manufacturers are using alternative replacement refrigerants. R454B is the replacement refrigerant being used in Friedrich's line of Floating Air Pro Series mini split systems. R454B features a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of 467. The larger the GWP, the more that specific gas warms the Earth.
