Summit Commercial Curved Top Chest Freezers feature a Deluxe European design to provide quality storage and an optimum product display.
Made by Elcold in Denmark, the FOCUS131 features two tempered glass lids on ball-bearing glides that open smoothly for added efficiency.
This unit has an angled top that offers increased visibility to help maximize impulse sales and includes a removable keyed lock for added security. The FOCUS131 features a digital thermostat for easy temperature management, with a wide range from -13 to 23°F to accommodate a variety of desserts and pre-set to -4°F. This unit utilizes a manual defrost cooling system with an environmentally friendly R290a cooling agent and extra thick insulation to ensure added reliability. A set of sturdy commercial casters is included for users to install if they prefer the freezer more mobile. Additional features include four epoxy-coated wire novelty baskets for storing frozen treats and a drain for easy defrosting.
