30 Inch Freestanding Electric Range with True Convection
This freestanding electric range is a great purchase because anything from Frigidaire's Gallery line is always so convenient and easy to use, and it always performs with the utmost of professional engineering and know-how. This electric range has a 5.7 cubic-foot quick bake convection oven that utilizes a single convection fan to circulate hot air throughout the oven for faster and more even baking. The oven is also capable of doing self-cleaning in increments of 2, 3, or 4 hours, depending on how much soil and food particles need to be cleared from the oven's interior cavity. The storage drawer beneath the oven is handy for storing long cooking sheets or heavy pans, freeing up extra space elsewhere within the kitchen.
The cooktop offers five electric burners with handy cooking features. The front-left and front-right burners feature Frigidaire's SpaceWise Expandable technology. The front-left Power Boil burner can be used at a 6-inch cooking radius and a 9-inch cooking radius. The front-right can go between 9 inches and 12 inches. The center burner is designed as a low 100W Keep Warm zone to be used while the rest of the meal is being prepared, and a hot surface indicator light stays illuminated until the cooking surface is safe to touch and clean.
