The 48" Forno Galiano French Door Gas Range brings professional styling and Performance into your home kitchen. Cooking Surface has 6 sealed burners with a total output of 83,000 BTU, including 1 sealed dual-ring burner for simmering, melting chocolate, or cooking sauces. The continuous cast iron grates allow maximum stability of cookware mobility over a recessed enamel Cooking Surface cavity, which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. Double gas ovens have a combined 6.58 cu.ft. capacity with a total output of 44,000 BTU encased in black enamel interiors and tempered 3-layer glass oven door windows. The right-side oven has a convection fan function. Included is an LP conversion kit, 4 electro-plated oven racks. Additionally, zinc-coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years.
