The gas rangetop has 6 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a total output of 120,000 BTU for simmering melting chocolate or cooking sauces, The heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates allow maximum stability of cookware mobility over a recessed enamel Cooking Surface cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. The 5.36 cu. ft. electric oven with a total output of 6,300 Watts is encased in a speckled blue enamel interior fitted with a true convection fan, ensuring fast, precision, and consistent oven cooking along for easy viewing is a 3-layer glass oven door window. Included are an LP conversion kit, 3 stainless steel telescopic oven racks, a wok-ring, a reversible griddle, a rotisserie kit and skewers forks, an air fry basket with a rack, and a drip pan. Additionally, zinc-coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years. All FORNO products come with a 2-year warranty.
