The cooking surface has 10 sealed dual brass burners with a total output of 200,000 BTU. 20K dual-ring burner for boiling or searing and can perform simmering like melting chocolate or sauces, Continuous heavy-duty cast-iron grates allow for easily sliding pots or pans off heat when desired. The cumulative capacity is 8.64 cu. ft. double gas ovens with a total output of 44,000 BTU are encased in a blue enamel interior, thermostat, and regulator ensuring achieving fast, precision, and consistent oven cooking along with easy viewing are 3-layer glass oven door windows. The right oven is fitted with an internal convection fan. Included are 6 fully telescopic access stainless steel oven racks, 2 reversible griddles, a complete Rotisserie Kit including Skewer and forks, a concave Wok Ring, and an LP conversion kit. Additionally, zinc-coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years.
