Cooking Surface has 10 sealed burners with a total surface output of 142,000 BTU. Included are 2 powerful 20K sealed dual-ring burners for boiling or searing or can perform simmering melting chocolate or sauces, The continuous cast iron grates allow maximum stability of cookware and allow to slide a pan off heat easily. The recessed enamel Cooking Surface cavity keeps spills and splashes contained and is easy to clean. Two 4.32 cu. ft. ovens combine for a total capacity of 8.64 cu. ft. The double Convection gas ovens each have two racks and allow for roasting or baking in bulk. Included are 2 reversible cast iron griddles, a wok-ring, and an LP conversion kit. The metal control and zinc-coated knobs will clean readily and keep a beautiful shine for years. All Forno products are backed by a 2-year warranty.
