The Fulgor Milano Enova 700 Series 48" Custom Induction Cooktop combines premium performance with a sophisticated, customizable design. Its elegant ceramic glass surface is framed by a 5/8" metal frame with tactile electronic knobs and a removable, interchangeable control panel and side profiles. Five induction cooking zones include an 11" maximum-power zone and two bridge zones, while power levels 1–9, booster, automatic preheat, warming, melting, and simmer functions provide precise control. Pan detection, residual heat indication, digital power display, child lock, and a cooling fan add convenience and safety, making the Enova a versatile choice for high-end kitchens.
