The "Condo" unit is designed for smaller installation space. Suitable for any home on city water treated with chlorine. Filtered water throughout your entire home. Conditioning to help with issues associated with water hardness without the salts. Designed for 3/4" to 1" plumbing lines. Conditions water hardness up to 250 mg/l or 15 grains. Flow rate goes up to 15 gallons per minute (GPM) - does not limit flow rate or pressure.

PLEASE NOTE:
1) If your city water is treated by chloramine (chlorine & ammonia) this system can still be very effective however this smaller system is designed for limited usage for smaller spaces where the appropriate system would not fit. Therefore usage on chloramine may impact how long the filtration media may last (with chlorine up to 10 years, with chloramine up to 7 years, both based on your usage).
2) Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system. Install in cold water feed applications only (for instance, install before a water heater so hot water does not flow into the appliance). Install in compliance with local and state regulations.
3) Well water is required to have independent, complete and proper testing of your well water to determine the proper course of action in order to specify the correct system(s).

33 lbs. of NSF compliant 100% EWS proprietary blend of biodegradable and compostable granular activated carbon with a minimum iodine rating of 1200. No fillers, binders or metal resins.
Hard Water Conditioning:
ICN riser & manifold, food & beverage rated PVC distribution riser with lower screen and ICN (1) manifold for conditioning of hardness (naturally found calcium & magnesium) minerals up to 15 grains (up to 275 mg/l) as an alternative to salt softening.
