Electrolux 30" Built-In Induction Range with 4 Cooktop Zones and Dual-Convection Oven
This range is loaded with convenient cooking features, and it's also loaded with cutting-edge 21st-century cooking technology. The cooktop utilizes induction heating which is when magnetic fields create friction in the cooking vessel itself. The pots and pans are the direct source of heat versus a gas-fueled flame or a hot electronic coil generating heat in the cooktop. It's a safer and faster way to cook.
For consistently delicious taste and texture, the dual-fan convection oven circulates air more evenly throughout the oven for an even cook. Two variable speeds work in tandem with three heating elements - bake, broil, and roast - to give you delicious results every time. THe oven has a helpful variety of cooking mode to choose from: Bake, Broil, Convection Bake, Convection Roast, Convection Broil, Keep Warm and Slow Cook.
