Two variable speeds work in tandem with three heating elements (bake, broil, and convection) to give you delicious results every time. For the ultimate in roasting poultry, the oven features the Perfect Taste Temperature Probe which alerts you when food has reached the desired temperature and automatically adjusts to the Keep Warm setting so you never overcook your food and deliver perfect results every time. Perfect Turkey Button precisely times your convection roast for turkey that is perfectly done - crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. With a ball bearing system, the Luxury-Glide oven rack is so smooth it extends effortlessly for reaching the perfect turkey.
