Electrolux 30" Freestanding Gas Range with 5 Sealed Burners and 4.5 Cu. Ft. True Convection Oven
While most freestanding ranges have an integrated backsplash where the controls are located, this freestanding range, like most slide-in ranges, does not have a backsplash and features a control console on the front of the unit, making for a cleaner look after installation. The cooktop offers five sealed burners for all types of cooking such as high-powered boiling on the back-right burner, controlled sauteing anywhere, or low-level cooking on the front-right burner. The fifth, center burner, with its oval shape, is designed for large cookware or also for the included griddle accessory.
The 4.5 cubic-foot oven has true convection cooking for consistently delicious taste and texture. Home chefs can rely on Electrolux's convection heat which circulates air evenly for better baking. For a great roast, utilize the included temperature probe which can be set to adjust the oven to a keep-warm function once the desired meat temperature has been reached. For extra space to keep foods warm, the bottom drawer has keep-warm functionality as well and includes one rack for multi-level warming of more items at once. The oven includes a convenient luxury-glide rack which smoothly rolls on the ball-bearing racking system to make for easy, supported access to heavy dishes. What's also easy to use is the oven's sleek, glass IQ-Touch control console. See all available options at a quick, clear glance and, just like on a smartphone, simply press the icon to make all cooking selections and options. Once all cooking is done, the oven offers multiple self-cleaning options with an automatic door lock to free up time and to keep the family safe from dangerous heating conditions.
