The DHP094A35AA is for commercial use only (building MUST be wired for 265 / 277 volt service). This unit offers 9,000 BTUs of cooling power, 8,000 BTU heat pump capacity and a 3.5 kW electric heater, providing approximately 10,900 BTUs of electric backup heat. It also includes a 20 amp power cord. The Distinctions by Amana DHP094A35AA PTAC features an EER of 11.3. It use R32 refrigerant. R32 is up to 12% more efficient than R410A, resulting in lower Global Warming Potential (GWP). The lower the GWP, the better for the environment.
