Traditionally, we cook by generating heat from one source, such as a flame, and conducting it to another. Fisher & Paykel Induction Cooktops work on a different principle. The cooktop itself produces an electromagnetic field which induces the pot or pan to generate its own heat. The results are shorter heat-up times, greater precision and a safer cooking surface. This 12" model features 2 heating zones, with Fisher & Paykel's Powerboost function providing up to 3700W of cooking power.
