30 Inch Slide-In Café™ Series Gas Range with Convection
This gas range from GE's Café™ series features a generously sized 5.4 cu. ft. oven, which uses convection technology to guarantee delicious results. With convection, you can depend on evenly-heated foods, cooked to perfection. The range also features a baking drawer, in which you can bake at 140° to 450° to conserve space in the main oven cavity. A meat probe is included with the range, so that you can monitor your cooking progress closely. For the ultimate in convenience, the gas oven is self-cleaning.

The cooktop features five burners that offer a wide range of cooking power to accommodate your specific cooking needs. You can get the perfect simmer for delicate foods such as sauces with the Precise Simmer Burner, or bring water to a rapid boil quickly with the 20,000 BTU Tri-Ring Burner. It also includes a non-stick griddle, perfect for cooking foods like eggs, pancakes, melts and even fillets. The cooktop also features continuous grates, which ensure your safety and convenience when moving large pans from burner to burner.
