Features
Fisher & Paykel 36" Flush Gas on Steel Cooktop
Innovalve Technology
- Adjust the flame with 180 degree gas valve rotation compared with 70 degree in most gas cooktops for accurate temperature control.
Illuminated Controls
- While in use, the dials will glow red when on, and the dials that are off will glow white, showing at a distance which burners are lit.
Perfect Results
- Uniform flame and even heat distribution combine with precise heat adjustment to offer slow simmer for sauces and the intense heat required for searing steaks and wok cooking.
Auto-Reignition System
- There's no need to hold down a dial while burners ignite and if a burner goes out - it is automatically relit at the original flame setting.
Easy Cleaning
- Cooktop design features single piece of laser cut stainless steel with quick component removal for easy cleaning.
Cast Iron Trivets
- Cast iron trivets provide a safe and stable cooking surface. Rubber feet prevent the trivets scratching the cooktop.
Additional Features
