Gaggenau 30" 200 Series 5-Burner Gas Cooktop
Gaggenau's 200 Series gas cooktop features five (5) sealed brass burners. The center burner has a BTU rating of 18,000 BTU for fiery cooking. Two high-powered burners give 10,000 BTU for rapid boiling or frying. The remaining two burners at 5,500 BTU are perfect for foods and sauces that need a lower heat. All heat is controlled by large, professional knobs which are located conveniently front and center on the cooktop. Cast-iron grates provide smooth and continuous transitions between burners to accommodate for different heat settings. The burners ignite quickly and will re-ignite automatically if they go out. For those needing to use liquid propane, Gaggenau's got you covered with an included LP conversion kit.
