Covered under InSinkErator's In-Home Service Warranty--this adapter assumes the same warranty as the Evolution disposer it has been installed onto. The implied warranty on the adapter will end when the disposer warranty expires regardless of when the adapter itself was purchased or installed. InSinkErator will only warranty this adapter when installed on Evolution series disposers.
