Whether you need BTUs high enough to fire up your wok or a low simmer for your sauces, the Blaze 16 Inch Built-In Power Burner has got your back. Its independently controlled inner and outer ring burners can provide you with a maximum of 25000 BTUs and 35000 BTUs respectively, for a total power of 60000 BTUs. It comes with a removable inner ring grid to accommodate your wok without the use of a wok ring. Your flame will stay burning even in windy conditions with the help of the stainless steel guard surrounding the burner rings. It also helps maximize efficiency by concentrating the heat. This burner also comes with a removable cover and full-width drip tray.
