The Blaze 26 Inch Built-In Electric Smoker with 603 sq. in. Cooking Surface features 3 stainless steel grates, two adjustable smoking racks and one mesh rack can accommodate a variety of dishes. Use your favorite wood chips to infuse your food with delicious wood-smoked flavor. The double-walled and 1-inch thick insulation helps maintain a consistent internal temperature ranging from 112°-235°, while allowing the outside to be cool to the touch.
