30" Pro Gas Range with 4 Burners and European Convection Oven
Blomberg has expanded their line of gas range options to a 30-inch width. It has a sleek stainless steel finish that resists finger prints. Its modern European design features a slim backguard.

The cooktop features four (4) sealed burners, one altogether at a strong 18,000 BTUs or a 675-BTU simmer. Flames are safely ignited electronically under strong continuous grates. Finished in porcelain, the cooktop contains spills and is easy to clean.

Behind a large viewing window and under dual interior lighting, the European convection oven boasts 5.7 cubic feet of cooking capacity. The convection fan circulates even heat around three (3) heavy-duty chrome racks. Cleaning isn't a hassle with multiple self-cleaning modes. For religious observances, the oven features a 500°-adjustable Sabbath mode setting for up to 72 hours.
