Summit brings proper convenience and streamlined luxury under the counter with built-in clear icemakers sized for residential and commercial spaces. Model BIM62ADAPNR is a 15" wide panel-ready icemaker featuring an attractive and durable stainless steel exterior. This icemaker is sized at just 32" high to fit under ADA compliant counters, but the legs can be raised up to 34 1/4" high to accommodate taller spaces. This unit ships with a sliding kickplate that helps fill the extra space if needed. The front-breathing design allows built-in installation under counters, the fully finished stainless steel cabinet allows freestanding use, and the sealed back and right-angle cord help ensure an easy fit. The reversible stainless steel door features a fully articulating European-style hinge to ensure a smoother opening. Includes a 2-piece bracket kit included to allow easy installation of your own overlay panel to create your customer look. This icemaker is unbranded, allowing you to easily integrate it into any kitchen or bar.
Inside, the BIM62ADAPNR produces up to 68 lbs. of clear, gourmet style top hat-shaped ice cubes daily. Top hat ice, often called gourmet ice, is a cylindrical cube with a slightly wider top resembling a miniature top hat or thimble. The distinct dense structure helps minimize dilution, keeping drinks colder for longer without watering them down. The uniform shape offers an elegant presentation, while its non-clumping design ensures easy dispensing. The size can be adjusted between three settings to best suit your taste. Includes a steel ice scoop that can be hung inside for easy serving.
This icemaker features easy-to-use digital controls. An indicator light alerts users to each step in the production process and when the bin is full. Frost-free operation eliminates the need to defrost the interior. Additional features include a temperature memory function, cleaning setting and alarm, and sabbath mode for periods of observances. With clear gourmet ice that's gentle on glassware paired with efficient performance, the BIM62ADAPNR is ideal for both residential and commercial settings.
