Description
The ilve A0953610 is a cast iron simmer plate that can be used to reduce the heat of the gas burner and create a gentle cooking surface. It is ideal for simmering sauces, melting chocolate, or keeping food warm. It is compatible with most ilve gas hobs, except for the Torino and Pro Line ranges.
