The Viking warming drawer is a versatile piece for any kitchen. The multiple temperature settings allow you to keep plates warm, proof bread, or keep sauces and soups hot. The large capacity drawer allows for a variety of items to fit inside, and the 475 watt element reliably heats your food. A four hour automatic shut off guarantees the unit is not left on for extended periods of time.

- Regulates amount of moisture released from drawer.

Automatic Shutoff

Removable Stainless Steel Low Racks and Moisture Cup
- Low racks cover entire bottom of pan for the largest loads or remove one section for half coverage.
