This Viking Professional 7 Series Range offers 5.1 cu. ft. of total oven capacity with 6 different cooking modes to choose from. The 4-burner cooktop features continuous grates, making it safe and easy to move pots and pans along the cooktop. All of these features are packed into a durable stainless steel unit designed for long-lasting durability. The VariSimmer™ setting on ALL burners provides a gentle, even simmer at precisely low cooking temperatures, while the Viking Elevation™ Burners can reach up to 23,000 BTUs to efficiently deliver heat to any size cookware. Additional features include Gourmet-Glo™ Infrared Broiler, SoftLit™ LED Lights, SureSpark™ Ignition System, Proflow™ Convection Baffle, GentleClose™ Door, ViChrome™ Griddle RackView™ and TruGlide™ Full Extension Racks.
