Accucold brings advanced convenience to on-the-go vaccine refrigeration with a fully-featured portable refrigerator/freezer ideal for transporting sensitive materials while maintaining the integrity of the cold chain.
This ultra-lightweight cooler includes a robust pull-up handle that allows it to be carried effortlessly with one hand. It comes with a 12/24V DC cord to power the unit via a vehicle's auxiliary outlet/lighter socket and a 110V power adapter for use in standard wall outlets. With a temperature range of -20°C and +20°C, this unit can be used as a refrigerator or freezer, securing vaccines stored at the specified 2°C to 8°C temperature range. Additional features include an external control panel and a heating function that lets you set the interior at +50°C, a helpful feature for warming compression packs. This portable refrigerator/freezer is the perfect solution for traveling nurses, off-site vaccination clinics, sample collection, environmental agencies, and other applications that require temperature stability while in transit.
NOTE: Accucold refrigerators are purpose-built to support meeting the current CDC (Centers for Disease Control) guidelines for the storage of vaccines. At this time, Accucold refrigerators have not been evaluated to the new NSF 456 standard. For additional temperature assurance, the CDC recommends a calibrated digital data logger (DDL), which can be added with the purchase of a DLSA11CAL accessory.
